100 Bowls of Soup is the go-to soup spot in Herndon. They offer several refrigerated soups from vegan and meat options as well as frozen broths. If you’re a soup lover, consider taking one of their soup classes like Ramen ‘Round the World.
Revolutionary Soup, a Charlottesville mainstay, boasts two locations, one on the downtown mall and another on the Corner. The locals call them “Rev Soup,” and they’ve been “prioritizing eating local and organic” food for the last 20 years, according to their website. Soup selection rotates but usually includes signature dishes like lamb curry, tomato basil bisque, and classic miso.

Pho Factory may look like a fairly run-of-the-mill pho spot, but this Alexandria, Virginia Asian fusion restaurant serves some of the tastiest soups in the Old Dominion. Pho Factory is truly a hidden gem. Reviewers can’t get over the broth, which we can attest too, is pretty awesome.
