Wonderful staff, clean place. Best place for family fun and birthday party. We also ordered a pizza that comes from Papa Jones. Kids had a great time. Nice staff that cares. Overall can't empathize, it is very clean and has good ambience.

This past weekend I took my family to Shadowland. While the kids did enjoy playing laser tag, I found the lack of professionalism and energy to be sub-par. During one of the safety briefings one staff member mentioned they do not get paid enough. I thought with that attitude I would not pay that individual any more than they were getting paid. Shadowland could use some updates. From things like switching to electronic waivers, an app to see your results (rather than a print out).
