Place had everything for a party, a shed that held trash bags, tables and chairs. The pavilion had electrical outlets, ceiling fans and well lit lighting. Posted instructions were clear for clean up and also had a clean usable grill area. A giant floor broom to clean up afterwards. Everyone had a great time and parking was relatively close. First time there and was well priced according to party hosts.

It is a beautiful park with wild life. You can walk around for hours and you will not get bored. You can watch birds or insects and enjoy the astonishing views.

This is a beautiful park with both wetlands and forest to walk through and observe wildlife. From large water birds to small perching ones, its great for birding- bring your binoculars! That's not all; there are dragonflies, butterflies, frogs, snakes, muskrat, beavers, deer, and more that you don't see. Great for teaching kids about different kinds of animals and the outdoors.

I searched for a dog friendly park. It has a small part that is leashed dog friendly, but most of it is off limits to dogs. Just an fyi if you head there specifically for a dog walk.

This is one of my favorite parks. Nestled in a suburban metropolis is this oasis just off route 1. The park has a plethora of wildlife quite visible to average visitor. The area holds a large wetland which is navigable by a well made boardwalk, from which you can spy water foul, turtles, frogs and other wildlife. There is a visitor center filled with fun and engaging information. My kids always enjoy our Huntley Meadows walks.
