I saw Toad the Wet Sprocket recently. Great show! This venue is really intimate with it's dinner theatre set up. It was nice being able to sit and enjoy food and drinks while watching one of my favorite bands. Food was actually really nice and our server was amazing and kept the drinks coming. I will definitely be back for future shows for sure!

A great hangout for music lovers. Great for groups with dinner served. Went to see Vivian Green and she was amazing! Every seat was a good seat, and it felt intimate. The servers were friendly and speedy. My only qualm is that the glass of wine i ordered was served at room temperature. The waitress promptly swapped it out for a cocktail, no questions asked. I'll be back for sure!

I have enjoyed the talent at The Birchmere over the years (Gerald Alston, the late Teena Marie and, most recently, Jeffrey Osborne). It offers a much more intimate setting than a large arena, allowing many guests to be up close & personal with the performers. My only gripe would be that the tables are sometimes much too close together, leaving very little room for the table behind you. To all guests (especially ladies wearing heels): plan to arrive AT LEAST an hour before performance time to ensure you don't have to park a country mile away as you make your way across that raggedy parking lot! Plus since it's open seating, you may be able to select the true seat of your choice by getting to the venue extra early.

Very well run music venue. You pickup a number at the box office and they call you in order of the number to self-seat. But even if you come later, you'll still get a seat. Best tables are 134 and 135. And if you come early you'll wait in the area where you can order drinks and food. My only complain is their policy of not allowing even water (they offer only bottled water), but I can easily overlook that given how well run the place is. Food and service were very good (try the brisket!); sounds system excellent. Everyone was very professional. Also clientele seem to be on the serious side, generally respectful to the bands and audience members.

Hard to find, but worth the effort. Excellent service (thanks Jennifer!), good food, awesome smaller more intimate venue to get upfront and personal with the performers. On our first visit we saw Beta Play and Toad and the Wet Sprocket! Awesome bands and music! We'll be back!
