Very cozy place. There are no bad seats. Arrive early so you can eat and pay your check before the show begins as they turn off the lights when the show starts. Very good venue for concerts. Ticket purchase does not include food. Food is moderately priced. Very diverse food selection. Great customer service.

I’ve only been here once to see a band that I adore. The acoustics are some of the best in the area and it’s a really intimate sound space. Sound wise I would give them five stars, but most shows also include dinner. Dinner is a little pricey and lacks finesse. I asked to make some substitutions on my dish and I was told no. Overall it’s a great place to see a concert, but I would maybe eat before hand.

My favorite place to see a show by far! The flat rate tickets and priority seating is ingenious. I have sat in several locations and there really hasn't been a bad seat. The food is good, but expensive. It's no different at any other venue though. That is just typical concert food prices. The variety is great, because you can order more than just a hot dog or hamburger. I have seen around 6 shows here and will definitely be returning.

Saw Eric Roberson here after Valentine's Day. It's a good sized space with plenty of seating and free, on-site parking. It's recommended to arrive early to select your seat. The food was good, the people were friendly and the show was awesome. Find a show and go check 'em out.

The Birchmere is an intimate and relaxing concert venue for performing artist. The menu should be revamped with more fresh ingredients versus frozen products. That being said, the drinks were great. I'll return for more shows, but I'll recommend eating before you go.
