This is a great park. Lots of Geocaching. Areas that are easily accessible and areas that require hiking. The lake is very pretty too. With Gloucester's flat landscape, this is about as good of a park as you could get out here.

A beautiful park surrounding a lake where you can canoe or Kayak. They even have John Boats for rent. Stocked lake. A pavilion, running, walking and horseback trails abound. There is usually something going on at Beaverdam. The best part is the Haunted Trail the Fri and Sat before Halloween! I guarantee you will leave there quite happily scared out of your life! If you visit Gloucester County VA, you simply must go to Beaverdam Park! At the Farys mill entrance they have a fully accessable playground. This way ALL the kids get to play!
