All aboard the Excursion Train Ride on VRE (Virginia Railway Express) that travels from Manassas Railroad Depot to the historic Town of Clifton and back. Train times: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. Tickets ($7.50 per person) can be purchased at the Manassas train depot or at www.insidenovatix.com.

The annual festival, which is free to attend, includes model train displays, train memorabilia, and specialty vendors.
